Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours, and to ensure fairness to all our clients, we have instituted a cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. > Cancellations within 2 hours: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. > No-shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us 2 hours or more prior to your appointment a fee of 50% of the service will be charged.
